Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) is a play therapy strategy for ages 2-9 years old. The therapy is designed for emotional and behavioral issues at home, school, public places or daycare. It addresses attachment, opposition, ADHD, hyperactivity, anxiety, depression and adjustment issues. Parents are shown how to manage their child’s behaviors through positive communication, effective discipline and a warm and loving environment. Therapist provides a welcoming and fun atmosphere to practice PCIT using the Children’s Museum located in downtown Omaha. Admission is provided free with therapy. Get ready for the whole family to learn through play!  Therapist is certified in PCIT.
